Terms of Use
Terms of Use
These terms describe the conditions for using NFT Player. Please review them before using the app.
Last updated: July 7, 2026
1. Scope
These Terms apply to the iOS app "NFT Player" and related services provided by Yasuyuki Arata. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Apps distributed through the App Store are also subject to Apple's terms, App Store rules, and Apple's standard end user license agreement. These Terms add NFT Player-specific conditions to the extent they do not conflict with those rules.
2. Service Description
NFT Player fetches NFT information related to wallet addresses entered by the user and provides a personal gallery, albums, shelves, and display settings.
NFT Player is not a wallet app, exchange, custody service, or investment advisory service. It does not provide private-key storage, seed phrase entry, asset transfer, wallet connection, or wallet signature features.
3. NFT Display
- NFT ownership state, metadata, images, videos, and external links depend on blockchains, NFT data providers, collection operators, and external media servers.
- NFT Player does not guarantee that every NFT, chain, or media format can be displayed.
- Displayed content is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
- Inappropriate, infringing, or unreliable collections may appear. Use your own judgment.
- NFTs that previously appeared may stop appearing because of external service, blockchain, or collection changes.
4. Free Plan and Pro Features
NFT Player provides free features and additional features through NFT Player Pro.
- The free plan allows one wallet to be used as the gallery target.
- The free plan includes the Favorites album and one shelf collection.
- NFT Player Pro allows up to 9 saved wallets, up to 50 user-created albums, up to 100 shelf collections, and Pro display customization features.
- User-created albums can contain up to 1,000 NFTs per album.
- Pro features and limits may change. Except where required by law, App Store requirements, external service changes, or technical or operational necessity, important changes will be announced in advance or by a reasonable method, with consideration for the service content during an existing paid period.
5. Subscriptions
NFT Player Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through the App Store. Current plans include a monthly plan and a 3-month plan. The plan name, duration, price, and renewal conditions are shown on the purchase screen, and the confirmed amount is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically for each period until cancelled. Price, free trial, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling follow the App Store display and Apple's terms.
- Purchases are charged to your Apple ID.
- Before purchasing, check the price, period, and renewal conditions shown by the App Store or in-app purchase screen.
- To stop auto-renewal, cancel from your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Purchase restoration is handled through the app's restore action or App Store mechanisms.
- If Pro access ends, saved wallets, albums, and shelves are not immediately deleted, but items outside the free-plan limits may become locked or hidden.
- Refund availability and procedures are decided by Apple. The developer cannot directly stop or refund Apple ID billing.
6. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for checking wallet addresses, NFTs, and external links you use.
- Do not send private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords to NFT Player or support.
- You are responsible for decisions related to NFTs, crypto assets, taxes, and laws.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Unauthorized access, excessive requests, or intentional load on servers or external services
- Circumventing, modifying, reverse engineering, or abusing the app, API, limits, or billing features
- Violating third-party rights, privacy, or laws
- Sending private keys, seed phrases, another person's personal information, or similar sensitive information to support
- Interfering with normal app operation, other users, or external services
8. External Services
NFT Player may use or refer to Apple, Cloudflare, NFT data providers, blockchain-related services, and external NFT marketplaces. NFT Player does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, content, or terms of those external services.
9. Intellectual Property
Rights in the NFT Player app, UI, documents, program, and name belong to the developer or their rightful owners. Rights in NFT images, videos, names, and metadata displayed in the app belong to or are managed by the relevant rights holders, collection operators, external services, or other rightful parties.
10. Changes or Suspension
NFT Player may change, suspend, or end all or part of the app because of feature improvements, incident response, external service changes, legal or App Store requirements, or operational needs.
11. Disclaimers
- NFT Player does not guarantee continuous availability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of displayed content, or availability of external services.
- Features may be unavailable because of your environment, network conditions, external services, blockchains, or collection changes.
- To the extent permitted by law, NFT Player is not responsible for losses related to NFTs, crypto assets, or external services.
- These disclaimers do not apply where they are not permitted by applicable consumer protection laws or other mandatory laws.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated because of feature changes, legal changes, external service changes, or operational needs. Important changes will be announced in the app or on this page.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, except where mandatory laws provide otherwise. Unless laws provide otherwise, disputes related to NFT Player are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court as the court of first instance.
