Contact

When contacting support, include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, screen where the issue occurred, steps to reproduce, and any visible error message. If the app shows a support ID in Settings, include that support ID.

Do not send private keys, seed phrases, wallet passwords, identity documents, or another person's personal information. NFT Player will never ask for those details.

Frequently Asked Questions

My NFTs do not appear

Run a wallet refresh in the app. NFT display depends on the chain, NFT data provider, media URL, spam filtering, and collection metadata. Some items may take time to appear or may not be displayable.

I want to show an automatically excluded collection

Select the collection in the automatic exclusion list and save the display permission. Permissions apply to wallets and chains that NFT Player has detected. Other wallets may be checked during the next wallet refresh.

My purchase or Pro access is not reflected

Use the restore purchase action from the Pro screen or Settings. App Store processing, network conditions, and StoreKit sync timing may delay entitlement updates.

I want to cancel my subscription

Manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple ID subscription settings. See Apple's subscription cancellation instructions for details. NFT Player cannot directly stop App Store billing.

I want to request a refund

Refund availability is decided by Apple. If needed, follow Apple's refund request instructions. NFT Player cannot directly refund Apple ID billing.

Does NFT Player hold my NFTs or wallet assets?

No. NFT Player reads public NFT information for wallet addresses and displays it as a personal gallery. The app does not ask for private keys or seed phrases, transfer assets, connect to a wallet, or request wallet signatures.
